THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a new AdTech Director to sit within the heart of their Global Team who are responsible for leading digital strategy, operations, consultancy and project management across major global blue-chip clients, driving client and agency growth and transformation, connecting the dots between strategy and execution and enabling adoption of technology.
  
The AdTech Director role is focused on adtech vendor partnerships from strategy, testing, selection, onboarding and support.  You will be the subject matter expert on adtech platforms and integration and the go-to-person for advice and POVs.
  
Key responsibilities include:

Developing a deep understanding across global and EMEA adtech platforms, enabling the agency teams and clients to leverage the appropriate technology and data.
Build great relationships with adtech partners and vendors, helping with testing and selection.
Establish credibility as a central data and tech new trends consultant e.g. on blockchain, metaverse, emerging tech opportunities such as CDPs, clean rooms.
Provide POVs on the appropriate application of adtech, martech and data platforms.
Develop adtech roadmaps for client transformation agendas whilst maximising the value of the partner/vendor platforms.
Lead solution architecture for global clients and provide technical expertise around products, integration, data and audience strategy, helping translate business requirements into proposals and SOWS.
Ensure best practices are implemented across teams around data collection, data taxonomies, ad operations and digital campaign execution.
Provide support for onboarding clients and agency team members.
Provide support on new business and pitches, providing direction on data and tech responses.    
THE PERSON
You will be a passionate individual who brings strong communication and curiosity to the Global Team. You will possess strong analytical, problem solving and client facing skills whilst providing strong technical knowledge of advertising, retail media and commerce technology platforms.
   
Essential requirements include:

Minimum 7 year’s experience in adtech with a strong focus on cross device and omnichannel consumer experience, at least 2 year´s of which should be in a client facing role.
Extensive global experience in adtech, digital strategy, ad operations and digital activation 
A strong understanding of persona ids, retail and e-commerce platforms, including Google Marketing Platform.  Knowledge of CDPs and cloud hosted databases is a bonus.
Extensive experience in paid and owned media platform integrations as well as a strong understanding of how regulations like CCPA and GDPR are impacting marketing channels
Experienced in creating proposals and SOWs to showcase how IDs drive successful media outcomes.    
The role offers hybrid working, where you will be in the office 2 days a week, or as required. The office space is open, fun and inspiring, with its own on-site catering facilities and situated in a lively location near to lots of local eateries, gyms and shopping. Paying up to £70k pa for the right person and with a great benefits package.
