Our client is a well established company with a leading brand and they are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic team-player to help support their friendly sales team in their day to day administration.
You will answer telephones and deal with telephone queries or transfer to colleagues as necessary. You will be responsible for admin support for the sales team, including completing new line forms, sending images and content to accounts and uploading to online systems. You will prepare quote sheets and stock offers, including product information, images and pricing and assist the sales team in the preparation for customer meetings – including creating presentations, printing of documents and collation of samples. You will also manage sample requests, including sending, maintaining sample log and ensuring sufficient stock is available at all times. The role will also include assisting in market research, including weekly online reviews and seasonal presentations and fielding all trade and consumer related enquiries and action as required. You will monitor and manage complaints and resolve issues, monitor and log complaints and assist in any area required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to organise, plan workload and prioritise. You will have a good knowledge od MS Office and in particular Excel and experience of Pivot Tables and VLookups an advantage.
9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday and OFFICE BASED
Small friendly team
Summer Fridays: 2pm Friday finish during July & August
23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
