Office Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum
Work responsibilities:
* Office based work
* Produce paperwork for all engineers attending works as scheduled
* Collate and Collect engineer’s paperwork (Time sheets / Holiday Requests / Overtime and Expenses)
* Arrange overnight accommodation and travel for engineers as required.
* Manage company communications (Memos / Health and Safety issues)
* Liaise with clients (and patients) to schedule works and provide required documentation as required.
* Produce and Send Method Statements and Risk Assessments as required.
* Manage Service Contracts, plan and schedule works to coincide with stock and materials deliveries.
* Complete Audits for all member organisations (Safe contractor / Avetta / ISO)
* Organise Engineer Training and certifications (CSCS / DBS / Manual Handling etc) and keep Training Matrix updated.
* Keep CRM system updated with all company and contact details and all orders received and placed.
* Excel word are essential
