On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Administrator to commence work at their head office in Surrey, KT23 IMMEDIATELY.
Office Administrator Duties
Inputting supplier invoices
Filing
Parking
Maintaining vehicle lists
On parking apps
On Transport for London
On livedrive
Landway vehicle log – monthly checks and update for servicing/MOT
Handling any insurance claims
RAC account
Dartford Crossing account
DBS checks & EU settlement status with new operatives/renewals
New starter details
* Requesting data from managers
* Issue request for relevant info from operative
* Inputting onto QB
* Inputting onto Subcontractor spreadsheet
* Adding to Subcontractor contact info sheet
* Adding to Textlocal
* Adding to Landway mobile phone and Whatsapp groups
* Adding vehicle info to relevant parking apps/TfL
* Ordering and issuing PPE – twice annually – Nov/Dec and June/July
* Placing online materials orders for Contracts Managers
* Archiving and shredding
* Cross-checking monthly supplier statements
* Cross-checking monthly RingGo statement and inputting onto QB
* Cross-checking monthly Transport for London statement and inputting onto QB
* Annual competency checks for SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine
* Stationery orders
* Emailing Travis Perkins hire reminders to relevant project managers
* Emailing out Travis Perkins onhire spreadsheet weekly
* Emailing Sedgwick payment notifications to Directors and Craig, and hard copy to Donna
* Organising inhouse annual refresher training – Toolbox Talks, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness etc.
* Primary person to answer telephone calls and re-direct
* Assist with workload on Contracts Administration
