Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum Depending on experience

Upto £28,000 per annum
9:00am – 5:00pm
Role:
* Liaising with suppliers with suppliers & transport companies for inbound deliveries to be booked in.
* Creating Purchase Orders on Sage
* Maintain/manage Inbound stock on Sage system
* Sales ledger – all aspects
* Purchase ledger – all aspects
* Bank postings and reconciliation
* Assisting with administrative duties
* Dealing with phone calls for the business and account queries
* Management of Amazon, Ebay and Paypal accounts
* Assisting the Financial controller with ad hoc tasks
* Organising best possible times for stock to be delivered so the warehouse is organised.
* Updated spreadsheets with incoming loads.
* Cross checking with warehouse all stock has arrived, if not liaising with supplier and accounts for a credit.
* Keeping track of Transport prices (so we’re not paying more than we should)
* Keep excel spreadsheets with different ever-changing variables up to date.
* Keeping forecast spreadsheets up to date
Character:
* Organised time management
* Sage experience
* Organised CRM systems experience
* Can work well under pressure in busy times of year
* Can help assist with unexpected changes/issues within inbound role
* Experienced in Microsoft Office
* Able learn new procedures with the growth plans we have with willow
* Good energy, Confident, Organised, willing to help grow an ambitious company
* Presentable – we want to be confident sending them into meetings with our suppliers if necessary
