Futures Recruitment are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator for a company based in Chichester.

This is an exciting opportunity working for a well-established company trading primarily in and around the Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey and South West London areas.

Full time – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, office based

You will need to:

* Identify any opportunities for improvement, then devise any appropriate systems/processes for implementation once communicated and approved

* Have great IT skills – Full knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Be able to communicate on all levels with a high level of literacy

* Be an all-round team player that is happy to work both on your own as well as part of a thriving team

You will be responsible for:

The monitoring of all incoming enquiries, responding to, and when applicable; following them through the entire process.

Pro-actively identifying due maintenances, liaising with the customer and once you have gained their agreement, using the scheduler to book in the arranged maintenance calls.

Installing a policy, that engineers are to always report in, whenever the following rules apply;

Liaising with engineers and clients on a regular basis and updating the in house CRM system when and where necessary.

Effective time management of your own diary.

Pro-actively managing and developing excellent customer service levels on behalf of the company.

Development of a long-term strategy, aligning all multi-maintenance agreements by site, date and location.

Giving regular feedback and reports to your line manager.

The booking of all install works on the scheduler, both with the engineer and the customer when necessary.

Ensuring that all relevant documentation, including authorisations are received prior to any commencement of works/maintenances and that the appropriate deposits/monies have been paid.

Liaising on Works, ensuring that all Works are on schedule and budget, as well as liaising with all clients, engineers and all other head office departments.

Effective monitoring of all engineers’ movements and time management, ensuring that issues are raised, reported and responded to; as well as providing an evidence trail should there be a failure to comply.
