Antony James Recruitment have a new opportunity for someone who has a background within the cooked meats sector, working with Ham Hocks, slicing, and curing and glazing. The ideal candidate will have worked in this background previously and have a good understanding of the processes required and all hygiene requirements too.

The client is a local success story that rear all their own products to exceptionally high standard and then produce from that very high end cooked and cured meats sold all over East Anglia and beyond. Due to growth, they are looking to find someone new to come on board and join this thriving family business.
