Welder – Classic Cars
Due to expansion we are looking for a Welder with experience of Classic Car Restoration or Crash repairs such as replacement of floors, sills, inner wings etc.
Duties will include, Restoration and welding of classic car body shells with some fabrication of panels and sections as required, also the adjustment of purchased panels to fit.
You will need to be:
* Proficient and experienced in MIG Welding, ideally with some experience of welding cars.
* TIG welding of steel/aluminimum would be useful but NOT essential
* 3 years experience is required.
Mobile Welding Services was established in 2005 and has progressed from 1 man in a van to a workforce of 10 in a large workshop with 8 bays plus storage. We generally have 25-30 cars in our care at any one time and have a very well establshed client base comprising long term regular clients through to a steady and regular flow of new incoming clients. Due to popular demand and with an eye on the future of the Classic Car industry we are investigating/researching options for "Green Conversions" such as Hydrogen IC or Electric in order to future proof our position within the industry whatever the future may bring.
