Caldesi In Marylebone has been established for over 20 years and is known for serving truly authentic Italian food. The restaurant is proud to be occupying its own ‘Little Corner of Italy in Marylebone’.

We operate a fine dining restaurant as well as a less formal bar and café area.

The Caldesi group also has a restaurant in Bray, Berks, and a famous Italian cookery school in Marylebone.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are wishing to grow your career in hospitality with an ever-expanding company.

Are you the right person for us?

You must have at least 1 year of hospitality experience
You must be able to reliably commute to the restaurant, or plan to relocate before starting work
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Great customer service skills
Must be able to handle cash transactions responsibly
General maths skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation
Must be of legal age and familiar with alcohol restrictions and laws
What will your role as part of the Waiting Staff look like?

You should always be working towards guest satisfaction
Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table
Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink
Serving food and drinks
Dealing with bill payments
Making sure tables are clean and tidy
