Our client is a very well established main dealer. They pride themselves on their first class service/ customer satisfaction as well as staff career advancement within the group. The key aspects of the role include
Providing first class service/maintenance to customers.
Analysing performance equipment / fault finding
Conduct vehicle maintenance / repairs
Ensure Quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time
Keeping customers UpToDate with their repairs (costs/timescales)
Your background
NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology (or equivalent) in motor vehicle tech
Previous experience of conducting maintenance/repairs on vehicles
Quick problem solving ability
Be driven to provide a first class customer service
