A fantastic opportunity to join the UKs leading Private Hire Company, we are looking for a forward thinking and motivated UX Researcher to join a successful team of like-minded individuals in Newport, Wales. This company is a data driven tech based company taking their market by storm, with their innovative thinking, and tech based solutions.
It’s an exciting time to join, the company is expanding their team rapidly to support their growth plans, which is to double in size within the next two years.
This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer to develop their ideas to support the sustainable growth of this data centric business. You will also:
Understand the users, partners, and customers of the company to ensure they are focused on providing solutions for their pain points
Use UX research methodologies to test out new ideas and work closely with the Head of Marketing to help to design future journeys
Work in a forward-thinking company and a fast moving landscape
Clearly convert research data into findings so pain points can be accurately identified
Stay up to date with new trends and techniques in the industry to create innovative digital experiences
The experience you’ll bring to the team
Experience working on consumer apps and in a fast-paced environment is essential to succeed in this role. You will also be:
Proficient in user research, have knowledge of PPC, google analytics and customer experience
Skilled in interviewing
Strategic thinking who can develop plans with the Head of Marketing and Chief Technical Officer
Excellent time management – able to prioritise your workload according to deadlines and objectives
