Tutor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60 – £80/day
Active Sen are looking for a sen tutor working with a student with complex SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health).
This will be working in the community provision that specialises in SEMH, Global delay and speech and language, this is a student who cannot cope in a mainstream setting so they have been put in this specialised provision.
This is one of the top school for students who suffer from SEMH, they have built an amazing reputation for themselves and strive to bring out the best in their students.
The role of a sen tutor:
* Provide the best possible education for the student
* Support them in their work
* Help them with life skills they will carry on through life
* Help them with their social skills
* Support them emotionally and socially
What you will need for this role:
* A DBS that is online
* Experience with SEMH, Global Delay and Speech and Language
* Any other sen certificate will be an advantage also
This role will be full time from Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4pm and ongoing.
