Tree Inspector – Arboriculture

What is the purpose of this role?
To provide Specialist Arboricultural Service to the Highway Maintenance Service
Your responsibilities:
* Undertake specialist inspection of Highway Trees
* Tree safety and service inspections
* Provide specialist Arboriculture advice to the ISC Highway Maintenance Service.
* Respond to enquiries from the public, our client and internal service areas.
* Raise works in our Tree Management System to fulfil our maintenance needs for both reactive and planned works
What are we looking for?
* Level 3/4 qualification in Arboriculture or related discipline.
* Experience of undertaking tree surveys.
* Experience of using tree management software and mapping.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Lantra Professional Tree Inspection.
* Knowledge of current industry issues, pest and disease threats and a good understanding of Vegetation Related Subsidence to Buildings.
