Trainee Chef De Partie
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £11/hour
We are offering an amazing opportunity receive PAID training to develop your skills in the kitchen, working your way from Commis Chef to Chef De Partie in just 16 weeks!
You will gain a Level 1 Extended Certificate in Cooking upon completion of the course. During the course you can expect to become competent in everything from classic sauces, fish, poultry, meat, desserts, and baked goods to communucation and teamwork.
You will be working in our venue for 4 days per week, and will be attending training out of venue 1 day per week.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a talented Commis Chef with ambition to become a Chef De Partie! You will be trained to assist in the prep work for our dishes, creation of the specs and well as the running of a smooth service.
All we ask is that you have:

The basic hourly rate for this role is usually £9, however we will be paying £10 per hour from now, all the way through to March as an acknowledgement of our busiest trading months. You will also earn a share of service charge, which is distributed to all staff through a Tronc Point system. We cannot guarantee exact service charge amounts, but the advertised hourly rate is a fair indication of average hourly salary for this role, including of base rate and tronc
