About the roles
The Test & Configuration Analysts will develop and execute test plans and scripts form defined business processes and functional & business requirements, ensuring that the business operates a structured and professional testing process and that all testing is reviewed against and implemented to agreed acceptance criteria and business requirements.
The Test Analysts will contribute to the development and achievement of the Test Team and will act as a Test and Support contact for the business with respect to project's system test requirements and deliverables.
Working with development, project teams and external parties to deliver the agreed acceptable testing criteria you will be responsible for ensuring that system and acceptance testing is performed to the agreed business and operational requirements.
About you
You should have:
– proven experience as a Test Analyst (manual or automation testing)
– Moderate understanding of software development principles
– Experience of working within a project team function, ideally in an insurance environment
– An understanding of the structures and methods used to manage projects (Agile/Prince)
– ISEB/ISTBQ Certificate or equivalent
In return you will receive a salary of between £20,000 and £33,000 depending on experience together with an excellent benefits package including private health insurance and an annual bonus.
