Job Purpose: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the growth and development for the specified region of the UK. As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for…

* Identifying business opportunities within your territory.

* Present premium products and services to prospective customers.

* Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.

* Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets.

* Maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

* Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager.

* Maintaining a commercial awareness of the marketplace within assigned region, keeping on top of market changes, competitor performance and identifying opportunities.

* Offering sales support to guarantee a good customer experience.

* Attending harvest/shows to further promote the business.

* The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.

* 150 – 200 accounts to manage and develop alongside some new business expectation with a typical week consisting of an 80/20 split in favour of account management.
