Temporary Administrator
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12 – £14/hour
Success Recruit are currently working with a construction engineering company who are seeking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to join their busy office in Central Essex for approx. 6-8 weeks.
The successful Temporary Administrator will be working closely with a service team that ensure exceptional communication and customer service is always provided to their loyal client base.
The successful Temporary Administrator will be expected to:
· Have previous admin experience within a busy office environment
· Able to listen and build rapport with people over the telephone
· Able to communicate effectively internally and support in various admin tasks
The successful Temporary Administrator will be rewarded with:

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to support with a back log of general administration and support the service team ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is of the highest level.
Duties to include but not limited to:
· Data Entry on CRM and other Microsoft packages
· Ensuring all engineers administration is up to date prior for site visits and worksheet / H&S admin
This position will suit someone who is happy to support our client for approx. two months to assist with additional workflow, it will suit someone who is happy to learn quickly to complete tasks required and be strong on all PC skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 4.30pm – however some flexibility can be on start or finish time
Salary: £12 – £14.00 per hour dependant on experience
