Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday
PAYE Rate: £12.00p/h
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30
This role offers Technical Administrators an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country.
The Role:
* Dealing directly with customers face to face and via telephone and emails
* Daily use of Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
* Daily use of inhouse systems to amend job cards and authorising jobs etc
* Advising customers on the technical repairs of vehicles
What kind of person we are looking for?:
* Administration experience
* Customer service experience
* Very strong computer skills
* Strong communication skills, as you will be speaking and emailing customers
* Vehicle Technical knowledge or the will to learn
