Technical Account Manager – 12 month contract

We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying retail customers with high quality Fresh Produce. We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager on their behalf to join the customer-facing team on an initial 12-month contract basis.
The position of Technical Account Manager will gain the exciting opportunity to take ownership of key retail customers to ensure all aspects of product quality are meeting requirements, through proactive and positive communication.
Becoming an integral part of the customer technical management team:-
Achieve specific targets and KPIs on technical issues and ensure customers are satisfied at all times
Retail customer management to ensure product satisfaction, compliance, and continuous successful relationship growth
Working with suppliers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective communication to ensure the successful supply of quality product categories
Requirements;
Experience gained within Fresh Produce, to accompany exposure to Fruit categories proving highly advantageous
Previous experience gained within a quality and / or technically focused position, with an evident confident ability
Exposure to retail customers and / or the supply of product to retail customers, with expectations understood
High level of communication skills, with a passionate and professional approach
Location; South East England, Kent
Attractive Salary; dependent on experience
