Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd are recruiting for trainee grounds maintenance team leader for a reputable horticultural company based in Derby, Derbyshire. Permanent contracts are awarded in recognition of high performance and attendance.
SHIFTS: 07:30 till 16:00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY
The role as a grounds maintenance team leader consists of using ride on mowers, strimmers and hedge cutting etc. The role does involve some heavy lifting so the successful candidate will be willing to continuous lift reasonable weights in accordance with manual handling guidance. The successful candidate would also supervise a team a grounds maintenance operatives.
SALARY: £10.30 PH (WEEKLY PAY – A WEEK IN ARREARS)
