A new opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager / Partnership opportunity to join this progressive, forward thinking Accountancy Practise. They are a company that is an absolute stand out in terms of client retention, customer service and staff progression.
This well established and successful CA Practise in Lanarkshire are looking to recruit this Key Role at a great time in their own development to support their ongoing Client expansion. Specialist knowledge in some or all of the following taxes
* Corporation Tax
* Capital Gains Tax
* Inheritance tax issues/ Retirement planning in corporate environment
* Personal tax
* Vat
Qualities
* Tax specialist to oversee and advise the accounts team in complex and routine tax transactions
* Undertake specialist tax projects such as in business purchases, business sales, Group companies, retirement planning etc
* Advise/complete R & D Claims
* Deal with HMRC Enquiries
* Ability to Identify pro active tax planning advice from existing clients

What you'll need to succeed:
You will preferably hold a professional accounting qualification or a professional tax qualification. You will have proven experience in corporate tax compliance gained either within the profession, you will be an excellent communicator, able to interact at all levels and be fully proficient is MS Office, including Excel. You will have proven organisation skills, be tenacious, decisive, flexible and quick and anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions. You will demonstrate a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a “can do” attitude. Finally, you will be strategic and forward thinking and have change mindset.
