Our award-winning and well established London based Animation and VFX Studio are seeking a Talent Manager to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £35,000 on offer.

What does the role entail?

Your role as the Talent Manager will be to look after all Recruitment as well as overseeing the talent pipeline for a range of creative and tech roles. As the Talent Manager, you will have a varied role including, managing new applications and management of the recruitment journey as well as being the first point of contact for all agency queries. Your role as Talent Manager will be very generalist and encompass a variety of other tasks including ad hoc project requirements.

What skills will you have?

As Talent Manager in this role, you will be happy managing all aspects of Recruitment and be able to multitask and prioritise at times under pressure. You will ideally have experience working within the Animation or Creative sectors and may have also worked in a similar industry – however, skills and experience are the most important thing (Agency recruiters are suitable for this position).

What is on offer?

For this Talent Manager position, there is a salary of up to £35,000 on offer depending on your level of experience, plus a range of additional benefits. This will be a full-time office-based role from day one working out of their Southwest London office.
