We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sushi chef to join our new sushi restaurant must have experience in filleting fish, and full training will be given for the other duties..

Essential Must be able to fillet Salmon

Sushi chef will Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and customer preferences – Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meet the restaurant's standards – Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils – Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of sushi orders – Assist with by preparing sushi platters and coordinating with the catering team

Qualifications:

– Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely – Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient food preparation – Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
