We are looking for a candidate that has a solid administration background, who is proactive, focused and task driven who has strong Microsoft office skills and is looking for the next step in their career.

What we need:
We are looking for a likeminded candidate who is a self-motivated, results driven and who is able to forward plan, analyse and execute supply chain strategies

What we need you to do:
* Manage the full Purchase order cycle
* Raise Purchase orders and liaise with suppliers ensuring all completed within agreed SLA
* Ensures All Purchase orders details are accurately recorded and tracked.
* Ensures ETAs and tracking numbers are up to date.
* Manage communication post-delivery with the couriers to ensure all commodity codes are correct.
* Manage sales teams’ stock allocations.
* Manage order book process ensuring stock is delivered as planned highlighting and proactively taking action to mitigate risk
. • Analyse supplier performance with regards to OTIF and GID
* Contact person for the warehouse and sales team.
* Managing and updating daily hours and priority report to support warehouse planning
. • Managing and updating the stock due to be delivered and stock in the building report for the sales team
* Cross reference intake rules data and determine suitability of stock.
* Provide Provision and rebate information to finance on monthly basis.
* Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
