Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are on the search for a Subway Store Manager to join the team in North London.

We are looking for an individual who can bring enthusiasm, commitment and energy to the position. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in managing a store, ideally within the branded food retail sector.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and delegate tasks to a team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of customer service and a passion for achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the store and leading a team of staff
Ensuring the store is operating effectively and efficiently
Maintaining and exceeding customer service standards
Increasing sales and profits by setting and achieving targets
Ensuring all safety and health regulations are met
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Analysing sales figures and taking corrective action
Developing and implementing promotional campaigns and activities
Delivering training and coaching to team members
Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Creating and implementing strategies to optimise customer experience
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a branded food retail setting
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
Ability to manage stock levels and ordering supplies
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety and health regulations
Good knowledge of customer service
Ability to analyse sales figures and take corrective action
Experience in developing and implementing campaigns and activities
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Passion for creating an optimal customer experience
