Salary : £21700 – £23000/annum

Igloo has an exciting opportunity for a Stores Administrator in the Sandtoft area. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work within one of the leading automotive companies within the UK.
The Role:
As a Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Obtaining part numbers and pricing of parts
* Ensuring parts are booked onto the internal tracking system correctly
* Tracking orders and advising customers of potential delays
* Receiving and checking parts from suppliers and informing them of any shortfalls
* Ensuring correct and safe storage of parts
* Ensuring all parts taken by operatives are correctly booked out on all systems
* Warranty return items are correctly labelled and stored for return to manufacturer
* Assist with stock checks
* Arrange credits where and when applicable
* Complete all required reports within tight deadlines
* Ensure the filing system is kept up to date
* Review and improve company processes
* Ad-hoc duties as and when required
What kind of person we are looking for?:
* Experience with Microsoft Office is essential
* Right first-time mentality
* Previous experience of working in a fast-pace administration or warehouse environment
* Basic vehicle knowledge is desirable but not essential
* Have the ability to work independently as well as a team player
* Strong communication skills
* Must be able to meet tight deadlines
