This vacancy has arisen for a market leading Mental Health provider, who are looking for highly dedicated RMN's Nurses to work in their CAMHS and Eating Disorder service in York. Although experience in this setting would be preferable, ultimately they need Nurses who have the right values, personality and compassion as all training will be provided. We would also welcome applications from newly qualified nurses & have a preceptorship package if required.
Key Skills & Experience
Registered mental health nurse (RMN)
Skills and knowledge kept up to date in line with the current nursing practice
Ability to manage a personal caseload
Understanding of on-going professional development requirements
Good communication skills – Verbal & written
Sound interpersonal skills
Excellent customer care skills
Knowledge of clinical governance
