OVERVIEW:
We have an exciting opportunity to cover cricket games in venue from upcoming Ireland tournaments. We will ask you to cover the match Via your own Laptop or Phone, however, you will be provided with a good viewing area, charging port, and table.

The job requires successful candidates to attend sports venues for gathering sports statistics, delivering them in real time. The sports available include football, rugby, cricket, basketball and ice hockey.
Training
Applicants need to begin in an unpaid simulated training
environment until he/she proves capable of scouting an event due to our quality
requirements. The training requires the applicant to cover an online match as
if they were covering from the venue. Training takes 1-2 attempts depending on
level of sport knowledge. Once you have passed training, you will be able to apply and cover games which are offered.

Responsibilities
* Attend Cricket Ireland domestic games and report the action live as it unfolds from the venue
* Knowledge of the rules of the sport
* Collect data from venue in real-time
* Oversee pre-match reporting processes on scheduled events such as match time, format, etc
* Comply with the moral code of the profession
