Salary : £47000 – £50000/annum

Sous chef required for a 5 star hotel within the main kitchen, this is a really exciting time to join this Hotel, the Hotel ensures they push the food forward and try new things. The 1st 6 months of the role will be focused on one of the concepts within the main dining experience and then you be on the main menu. This is really excitting time for the Hotel. You will work 5 out of 7 days, £47,494 + service charge + other benefits
The role
As a sous chef, you will be allocated to the main restaurant, working under the head chef for this kitchen and the exec chef. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, support the chef de parties, train new chefs, support the head chef and run the pass when the head chef is off. this role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a 5 star hotel background and experience of British and french dishes. You will have high standards, passion for 5 star hotels, good at training and a customer focused mindset.
