Salary : £24663/annum 35 hours a week
We at Jubilee are working with an independent prestigious college looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead the brigade in this exciting role.
We are looking for an experienced chef to support the head of college catering, someone to:
Help develop our offering to suit the needs of the business.
To be involved in the planning, develop and delivering of inspirational menus that are desirable and nutritionally sound.
Balance budget and costs of the kitchen
To oversee the day to day running of the catering team and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Highlights of this head chef role:
Term time only (38 weeks)
35 hours a week
