We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team in a bustling gastro pub environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fresh produce, a commitment to culinary excellence, and the ability to support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Menu support and development
Kitchen operations
Team leadership and training
Ordering
Health and safety
