Location: Callander, Stirlingshire

Salary: £31k – £38k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 5 days (up to 45 hours)

Our client, an award winning restaurant is currently seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their team. You will closely collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the delivery of exceptional dishes.

Duties:

Assisting with menu planning and development, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in the preparation and cooking of all dishes.
Working closely with the Head Chef to maintain a well-organised and efficient kitchen.
Taking an active role in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to consistently achieve high-quality results.
Maintaining open and effective communication with the kitchen team, front-of-house staff, and management.
Supporting the training and development of kitchen staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
A strong passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A positive and collaborative attitude towards teamwork.
