A fresh food Italian inspired restaurant in Richmond is looking to recruit a food focused and career minded Sous Chef to join their brigade. You will join a restaurant group who heavily invest in their Chefs and provide industry leading training, along with real career progression to Head Chef.

Ideal Sous Chef
· Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP
· Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
· Works well under pressure and at pace
· Enthusiastic and motivated with a good sense of humour
· Understanding the importance of consistency
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
· Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
