Software Trainer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum incl commission
Our client is a leading edge software developer based in Derby. They are enjoying phenomenal success and as such are recruiting for a Software Trainer to complement their team.
It will be your brief to ascertain what clients are looking to achieve with the software and tailor training accordingly and you will be the first person after implementation that the client looks to for initial guidance and support. Regular duties will entail:
* One to one sessions for training
* Online training delivery
* Ensuring new accounts are trained to a high standard
* Devising training literature
* Assist with client marketing where necessary
* Build robust relationships with clients
* Upselling where the opportunity presents itself
* Presentation of training material
* Account handling
This is a busy and varied role requiring the successful candidate to be able to travel nationwide (under normal conditions). You should have great presentation skills and be skillful in handling clients and their requirements. You should also be technically competent and have great communication skills.
