Social Media Manager
Shift: Days – Part Time – 20 Hours Per Week with potential to go full time.
Salary: £24,000 Pro-Rata (£12,000)
Location: Remote Role with the occasional in person meeting (Ideally North West Based)
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Manager to work with a men’s jewellery company. Please see below the day to day tasks for this role.
Manage existing Meta Platforms which are already up and running getting a small level of interaction
Planning a strategy to re-launch TikTok/Snapchat/Other Platforms and maximise user engagement
Create Creatives for Uploads (Stories/Posts etc)
Planning to ensure content is always live/active on stories
Pro-actively working to get likes/follows/purchases (via a number of methods)
Running Competitions etc
Work alongside outsourced Marketing & Creative Teams
Contact with Influencers
Work with creators to generate UGC content
Ensure Content is following current social trends (music, video/reel types, image types etc)
Create engaging and high-quality content tailored for each platform.
Liaising with Models
Shooting Behind the Scene contents on shoots
Deliverables: +500% Accounts Reached, +200% Accounts Engaged, +5% Organic Follower Count first month, with 2nd month targets set based on 1st month performance.
Skills required for Social Media Manager:
Managed Social Media for B2C / ECOM Brands – 2 year+ experience
Prior of building followers/brand engagement/scaling new brands
Using Apps such as AdCreative / Canva / Adobe
Follow brand guideline documents and ensure everything is on brand
Not currently in employment (as we cannot effectively guarantee the job will last more than 3 months but don't tell the candidate this)
Creative thinker with excellent communication and content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desireables:
Experience of Shopify / Email Marketing Platforms (such as Klaviyo/OmniSend)
Video Editing (can create reels)
Men's Fashion / Jewellery experience
Google/Meta/Bing/TikTok/Snap Ad Management Experience
