We work closely with our clients to define their proposition and place in the market, and then have the skills and experience in-house to bring the campaign alive in any channel – from a TV ad to Tweet!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join the team.
The main responsibility of the role is leading a busy Social Media Team, working closely with team members to ensure the smooth running of your accounts portfolio.
You will ensure your team are creating and executing quality social media content that is in line with the brand, the strategy, and any campaigns, providing direction as necessary. Acting as a champion for social media best practice and ensuring content that is in line with this, challenging when needed.
On a day to day basis our Social Media Managers:
* Ensure all aspects of social media retainers for clients are actioned in line with strategy and best practice
* Get to know our clients’ ‘big picture’ inside out – their objectives, the wider market context, competitor activity and anything else that impacts their success.
* Confidently present work in a way that excites and engages
* Report on activity to champion our successes with clients and identify insights to further drive the brand forwards
* Work on new business proposals and the pitch process
* Provide clear briefs to the creative teams
* Give direction to the team by clearly defining and setting expectations
* Coach, train and carry out 121's with their team

We are seeking a social media professional with agency experience, although we would be happy to speak to candidates with inhouse experience who can work at pace and with client satisfaction in mind.
