Social Media Executive

Do you have experience in social media or content marketing? Do you want to work for an innovative and growing Professional publishing house based in Central London? Our client, a highly reputable business publisher is looking for a Customer Service and Social Media Executive to join their Marketing team, responsible for creating engaging informative content for their customers and authors. This role will be based in the London office 3 days a week, Monday – Wednesday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering creative content ideas for social media platforms across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Copyediting and checking website and social media content
Creating assets using Canva and Photoshop
Providing top class customer service for website customers and monitoring the customer service inbox
The successful candidate will have some exposure to social media in a professional environment with superb copywriting skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills are a must as well as an interest in delivering creative, engaging social media campaigns. Any experience using Sprout Social or the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
