Site Manager Fit-out
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £65000/annum
I am currently representing a highly successful London based fit out contractor who has been trading for 20 years.
During this time they have delivered many high quality Cat A / B & Refurbishment projects for various companies who want to benefit from a true team approach, a contractor who partner’s with their clients, benefiting in repeat business which had led them to be financially stable and a great contractor to work for.
With an increase in workload they require an additional Site Manager to join their dedicated delivery team who would be responsible for managing their own projects supported by a Contracts Manager and commercial team.
About you…
* Come from a trades background – Ideally Carpentry / Joinery
* Have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid other relevant qualifications
* Have a minimum of 2 years Site Management experience in commercial office fit out sector delivering projects £1m+
* Have an eye for detail and a passion for design and creativity
* Able to work under pressure work, have sound organisational and time management skills
* Be articulate and be able to communicate with the client, professional teams, the subcontractors and importantly with your colleagues

The role…
* You will be managing the site, the day to day activities, keeping the programme on track, motivating the sub-contractors and taking the lead in a professional and confident manner
* Ensuring Health & Safety Standards at met
* Produce daily and weekly reports for the Contracts Manager and chair meetings when necessary.
