Role Overview:
As a Silver Service Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking orders from VIP tables and ensuring prompt service,
Delivering drink orders to customers with precision and professionalism,
Handling payments accurately and efficiently,
Dressing and undressing tables to maintain an elegant atmosphere,
Maintaining cleanliness by frequently cleaning tables,
Assisting with occasional bar duties as needed,
Collaborating with the team to close the bar at the end of each event.
Requirements:
While prior bar or waitressing experience is desirable, it is not essential. We value individuals for the Silver Service Staff with:
Proficiency in English is essential.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour,
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions,
A flexible schedule to accommodate ad hoc shifts throughout the year.
