Company: A well established leading signage company.
Role: Our client is currently looking for an experienced sign maker to join their growing team in Surrey.
This role consists of manufacturing and assembly of all types of signage including LED signs.
Someone with previous experience who is keen and able is essential.
* Sign assembly / sign making
* Operate light machinery and tools
* Assembly of illuminated and non illuminated signage
* Checking off and inspecting deliveries
* Packaging and sending out signage via courier service
* Large format signage & display installation knowledge & experience is a must
* Be proficient in working with a variety of substrates
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the signage industry
* Production experience in sign making
* The ability to interpret briefs accurately and a strong understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques
* Broad knowledge of general sign assembly
* Ability to read drawings
* Use of composer and corel draw an advantage
* Use of hand tools and workshop power tools
* PASMA, IPAF, and CSCS – advantageous
