Location of the Job: Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

The Job Role details:
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing the workshop staff.
Manage the Service Technicians day to day workload.
Be prepared to work long hours when needed in season.
Be a good communicator.
Look presentable at all times to promote the company brand and image.
Have good IT skills and be able to use these in accordance to the role.
Actively participate in Company training & health & safety training.
Actively make suggestions to improve the efficiency in the way the Company operates.
Maintain accurate manual and electronic files and where relevant in accordance with the data protection act.
Attain and maintain a good market and competitor knowledge.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have / be;
Experience of service management within an Agricultural Machinery Dealership.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the agricultural and farming industry.
Sound technical knowledge and understanding.
Proven experience managing a team of Service Technicians.
Have the attitude and enthusiasm to be part of something a little different as part of a manufacturer owned retail outlet.
Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time position. 40 hour basic working week.
Salary package: £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience.
