Service Booker
A leading Kent based group is offering an excellent opportunity for a service booker to join the team at their dealership.
The role of a service booker is to deal with inbound calls from clients and get their cars booked in for service.
There are also times when you will be required to make outbound calls to existing customers to remind them their vehicle is due for service
The role is Monday to Friday, 45 hour week and pays minimum wage (£6.56ph 18-20 years old, £8.36, 21-22 year old, £8.91, 23 year old+) + a monthly bonus of up to £250
Customer satisfaction is a crucial part of this role, the company prides itself on its customer satisfaction results.
Experience of working in the motor trade is useful, although the client will consider candidates from other industries
