We have launched an exciting Asian food offering in a significant organisation which has met with tremendous success. As part of the expansion program, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Sushi Chef with ambition to play a key role in the next phase.
The Senior Sushi chef will work directly with the Head Chef as well and the owner. You will be charged with driving sushi production on the main site supporting the Head chef for both hot and cold food production. The company has ambitions to grow with potential additional sites further down the line.
Being a strong leader, you will help train and inspire the team to deliver the highest quality of food & hygiene whilst working towards a busy schedule.

* Have a proven track record within Asian high volume kitchens.
* Have a true passion for Sushi & are constantly keeping up to dates with all modern trends.
* Great organisational skills and time management.
* Proven administration capabilities for ordering, procurement.
