Responsibilities within your new role
* Assist and act on behalf of the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
* Guide and educate aspiring chefs at junior levels
* Foster positive connections with all relevant venue departments
* Maintain strict compliance with COSHH, HACCP, and EHO regulations
* Offer creative insights for crafting new menu options
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for the role of Senior Sous Chef you will possess prior experience in a comparable position, preferably within a 4 or 5-star setting. Demonstrating a sincere enthusiasm for culinary endeavours and a drive for success is essential. The selected individual should exhibit a continuous commitment to honing and expanding their skills. While being a collaborative team member is imperative, they should also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
