Position: Senior Site Manager – RC frame apartments – Ealing
Location: Ealing, West London
Salary: To £70k – £75k + Package
Senior Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to manage the build of a 6 storey RC frame block of 72 apartments in Ealing.
This block has a build value of £28 million and is the 3rd phase of a £140 million scheme.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading residential contractor with a full order book. They deliver both affordable housing and private sale units in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction
Position: Reporting to a Project Manager, my client requires a Senior Site Manager to drive delivery and quality. This project is a design and build RC frame scheme.
Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience driving and delivering new build schemes. You will be fully responsible for day to day site activities through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to the Project Manager.
