Henry Martin are pleased to be working with arguably one of the most sought-after residential developers within the UK, assisting them in their search for a career driven Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.
The successful candidate will form part of the existing commercial team onsite based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to work a multi-million-pound regeneration scheme, that will truly offer longevity, as the development will run for a further 15+ years.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you will take full ownership of 250 units, currently working towards the fit-out stages, with a view to assist on the next phases, reporting into a Commercial Director.
