I have had the following new role become available with one of the Top 100 Financial Advisory firms based near to Fenchurch Street (City of London).
The job title is Senior IFA Administrator with a salary banding of £33,000 – £40,000, including a range of other company perks & benefits. You will be working within a large, independently owned IFA which prides itself on it's modern approach to advice whilst providing whole of market solutions to their clients.
This role will include responsibilities such as:
* Training and mentoring new and existing team members
* Undertaking ad hoc tasks and project work when required
* Arranging client meetings for the adviser via email or telephone
* Preparing for adviser client meeting
* Preparing annual review packs
* Undertaking client anti-money laundering checks
* Preparing and submitting applications
* Utilizing the back office system
* Undertaking fund switches and rebalances
* Dealing with day-to-day client and provider correspondence
This role will suit someone who has 3 years of experience working in an IFA, and has completed / is undertaking Financial Planning examinations towards the Level 4 Diploma.
Experience of Curo (back office system), Morningstar platform and working with a Discretionary Fund Manager would be advantageous.
