Radius is seeking an Senior Finance Business Systems Analyst for our client. This is 6mth rolling contract to harmonise their financial platform and processes.

1) Accounts payable – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, detail the process and data requirements including efficient supplier master data management, PO – Contract linkages, PO – invoices – payment linkages as well as credit / debit notes handling and cost performance KPI. Required tax codes and currency codes need to be harmonised and European commodity codes need to be harmonised in view of the logical linkages

2) Accounts receivable – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, detail the process and data requirements for more automated and logical billing handling including linkages between contracts and customer billing, customer master data management, customers’ PO – billing linkages, customers’ contracts and statements, deposit, credit/debit notes handling and revenue/cash flow KPI. Required tax codes and currency codes need to be harmonised.

3) Credit Limit and control – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, detail the harmonised credit limit and control policy based on the HQ policy to manage credit risks and aged debts more efficiently.

4) Project accounting review – project business case assessment process needs to be implemented including project portfolio management approach

5) Asset lifecycle management – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, harmonise the way common asset categories are managed at the euro level including depreciation methods and data handling so that asset performance can be assessed with the common approach across the Euro bloc

6) Budget management – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, harmonise the way the budget is managed, this would include chart of account harmonisation across the Euro bloc

7) Control and KPI management – based on the high level requirements to be summarised by the consultants, harmonise the way overall financial control is maintained including overall reporting requirements and KPI management in order to make performance review more transparent and clear on internal benchmarking
