Leading Retailer is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join their head office in Liverpool.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Uploading Products, images and descriptions to various websites including Shopify
* Product, image and brand selection for homepages, social and email
* Merchandising the website so products are desirable and discoverable
* Site Change/Publishing – weekly reporting at brand, category and product level
* Updating social media channels with regular engaging content
* Community management on review site and Social channels
* Updating multi- channels with regular engaging content
* Co-ordinating brand and product launches per category in line with Marketing and Trading priorities
* Using web analytics to help plan site change and multi-channel updates
* Researching new ecommerce technologies using social media and understanding the competition and market trends
* Ensure relevant trends are translated into product range at speed to reflect the brand and customer.
* Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Attend trading meetings to maintain a good overall trading of the categories.
* Build and maintain good relationships with supply base.
* Ensure the development process is smooth to maintain key deadlines.
* Maintain all aspects of the critical path with the team to ensure deadlines for key dates and events are achieved.
Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon and experience with PPC.
* 5 years + experience
* Ideally a graduate
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Excellent communicator.
