Location: Norwich
This role offers the opportunity to work within my client's award-winning CIEEM company and continue to grow their established UK ecology team in East Anglia. The role would entail working with clients in and around East Anglia. The successful candidate would become involved with overseeing and executing across all elements of field study, assessments, reporting and managing of projects.
Responsibilities
Developing on the successful completion of prior projects and tenders, you will establish customer relationships to ensure that tender opportunities enter the firm.
Giving guidance, direction, and advice towards junior members of the team, becoming an aid in their development.
Assisting others in upholding professional standards and serving as an example.
Advancing your knowledge and abilities in the workplace, keeping a personal CPD log, and updating your professional resume.
Utilising the PDR process to actively define goals for the upcoming year that will help you build your skills and competencies in accordance with the needs of your team as well as your interests and abilities.Qualifications
A First-Class Honours in a relevant discipline.
An extensive background working within the Ecological sector.
Full UK driving license.
Working towards or already possessing a full membership with CIEEM.
Working towards Chartership (Cecol unless CEnv holds more relevance).Salary & Benefits
